This is a really fun piece to make with a group of friends. Everyone learns something new and once you do one box, the others are simple repeats. All boxes are worked one at a time but are connected to each other as you work. THEY ARE NOT SEWN TOGETHER. Play with contrast colors and have fun. There is a chart to show you the direction each box is worked and how the box is being joined. It is very clear and so much fun. The finished size is pretty bag and most people are using this as a knitting bag. To make it smaller, work with two colors in a thinner yarn like Merino 6 DK from Trendsetter Yarns. It will be about 25” smaller in all directions.
