the pattern is currently written for a wide/long scarf which is also a great size for a wrap. You can make this pattern as a true scarf by buying only 1 ball each color and casting on 1/2 the stitches written in the pattern. Everything else stays the same. I selected one of the new yarns from Lana Grossa called Natural Superkid Tweed. It is a wonderful blend of Super Kid Mohair and Silk and as the yarn is created, small flecks of color are injected into the base to keep them secure. The pattern is simple and easy. The RS row has a simple Increase at the beginning of the RS row and a simple Decrease at the opposite end. The return row is juat a purl row. You work until 1/3 of desired length or until that color is fully work and then you change colors.
