This design features a jasmine stitch floral pattern that appears raised, like embossing.

The Jasmine stitch is a unique stitch that is made up entirely of a mix of “puff stitch together”.
It’s not difficult, but even if you’re at an intermediate level it will take some practice to get the hang of.

The pattern instructions include two ways to make the motif, a granny square motif and a solid rounded corners square motif.

A granny square motif is just like regular granny squares, you can transform them into various things by piecing them together.
A solid rounded corners square motif is great for a small project. It can be completed with just one motif. The thick fabric makes it perfect for making potholder, coaster, patch pocket, etc.
