PLEASE NOTE: knitty originally posted this pattern as requiring 15 wpi. 15 wpi is too small for this needle. It should actually be closer to 10. For optimum results, spin a small batch and swatch on the needles to see if the fabric feels thick enough for your preference and meets gauge.

Full pattern is available for free on Knitty’s website. I have included extra diagrams to indicate decreases and increases here which Knitty did not have formatting for.

Reading extra diagrams: Please ensure to read through the entire pattern before beginning this project. Aside from the pocket, each piece of the sweater has a diagram as well as written instructions. Diagrams use the #-#-# method to denote number of stitches increased and decreased over several rows. #-#-# = rows-sts-times
For example: dec 3-2-4 means that every 3 rows you will decrease 2 sts, 4 times for a total of 8 sts decreased over 12 rows. Note that this usually should be done on each side of the sweater, so the entire row would have 16 fewer sts over 12 rows for this this example. The exception to this is the front panels which has asymmetrical increases and decreases. If you need a reminder for this (like I often do), I put it on the footer of each page for this pattern.
