Our “A Bonnet for Halle” pattern is a gathered bonnet, perfect for your littlest lady.

We’ve knitted our samples using hand-dyed 4ply silk/merino yarn, with the yarn held double, but you can also use any 8ply/DK weight yarn, as long as it is soft enough for precious little faces :-)
You will only need approx. 40 - 60gms

It incorporates very simple increases and decreases to create the gathers, bobbles, and the use of double-pointed needles for the iCord.

It’s knitted on 3.5mm and 4.5mm needles.

The pattern is designed in two sizes, for babies aged 3-6 months / 6-12 months.
Other sizes can easily be made by adjusting your needle size or yarn weight.
