A Hat for Keeping Warm is a variation of the same anthem, a hat designed to fits both mothers and daughters.

The use of Annapurna and Even Tinier Annapurna by A Verb for Keeping Warm provides the perfect match for what I had in mind as both threads would offer maximum comfort and shine to everyone.

A romantic cable frieze frames the figure, while the crown is formed by a simple stockinette fabric giving suppleness and drapé to the upper section.
The hats are either topped by a cute tiny bow or a little pompom.

The hat is worked flat, the crown shaped by series of short rows.
The cable pattern use a 16 rows repeat which make it easy to adjust the circumference of the project. An invisible cable grafting bind-off finishes neatly the work.
