The stockings in the photos are the original miniatures, measuring about 1.75 inches from cuff to tip of toe. They can easily be scaled up, however, by knitting with standard yarns and needles.

The needles used for the miniatures were made from piano wire in 2 thicknesses - 0.019” & 0.024” in diameter. The yarn was 100% cotton sewing thread.
