This pattern is based on this reddit post, and I decided to bite the bullet and make the scarf, based off but not identical to Hermes “cable” scarf. (Ironically most of the shaping is done with incs/decs). The pattern is mainly charted but has some supplemental written instructions. While the pattern is written for dk weight yarn, gauge doesn’t matter and will only affect the width of the scarf/yardage. Happy knitting!
