A New Dance
A New Dance is a beefed version of my Dancing Leaves shawl pattern. Triangle shaped, lovely row of lacy leaves top edge. Wider and longer.
I am suggesting this pattern is more of a Road Map then chart. I show the direction and how far to go in each row, just follow the signs along the way. And if you get lost give me a shout.
Pattern is somewhat different then you are perhaps used to. Nothing to fret about. Everything is explained and I will walk with you through the first part. Promise, a cinch beyond that.
But…please if you’re not inclined to read my explanations…do not purchase this pattern as it will not make any sense.
All rows are knit, so no fancy stitches. Double stitches for the short rows. (Youtube..Mimi Kezer..great tutorial. German short rows) Basic lace stitching on the upper edge. Experienced knitter will have fun project. Sized at 30” by 75”.
English only. No written instructions. Because of the nature of the pattern, many pages involved. Great to work on I-Pad.
Please download both files as large file has been split in two to keep pages in correct order.
