My local yarn shop, RaggZ Fiber Art, asked me to design a one skein (400 yds) shawl featuring The PrAiry’s new yarn. The PrAiry is a pretty little farm in Cumberland, MD. This is a small one woman run farm raising Gotland and other breeds of sheep. She makes yarn from what she calls her ‘chubby little girls.’ Some refer to her yarn as ‘soulful stash’.

You can use any fingering weight yarn and a US#5 needle.

If you purchased a paper copy from me at shows or festivals - there is a mistake on page 4. A row got left out when formatting the pattern to print. The bottom of page 4 should read:
Next Row WS: sl3 icord sts wyif, k to the last 3 sts, sl3
icord sts wyif.
Next Row RS: k3 icord sts, k2tog, k to last 3 sts, k3 icord sts. (this line is missing!)
Next Row WS: sl3 icord sts wyif, k to last 3 sts, sl3 icord sts wyif
Next Row RS: k3 icord sts, k1, yo, k2togrepeat to last 4 sts, k1, k3 icord sts
Next Row WS: sl3 icord sts wyif, k to last 3 sts, sl3 icord sts wyif
