The idea to make this simple scrubbie came to me just because I wanted to make something quick and easy.

The name came to me as a remembrance to my hubby who passed away in 2003. Back in the early 80’s it was funny to hand out a photo copy or mimeo of a circle with the words “to-it” inside of the circle to anyone that constantly said they would “get around to it” when they had the time. Our military office at the time had dozens if not hundreds of these round “to-its” posted on bulletin boards everywhere.

So.. this scrubbie is named A Round Toit because sometimes we just don’t get around to cleaning something when we should.

This is a very quick project and one skein should make approximately 3 or 4 scrubbies.
