A simple hat made out of Icelandic Álafoss wool or other wool, made for needles 5 1/2 - 6 1/2.

The hat is one size and is stretchy so it fits most.

The pattern is good for beginners as well as advanced knitters. The wool is bulky so the hat is fast made.

All you need for this project is one skein of wool, a 40cm circular needle and / or double pointed needles 6.5 mm (US 10.5), a cable needle and a tapestry needle. Optional you can add a pompom to your hat.
