Once upon a time, there was a dragon called Froggus. He lived in a cave filled with gold and treasures, but he felt a bit lonely. One day he heard about Prince Sockalot, who lived in a castle with a beautiful princess. Froggus went on a long journey, over the seas and through woods, to steal the princess. He brought the princess to his cave. But Sockalot followed him and then there was a big fight….

Construction:
The socks are knit from the cuff down in the round with fingering yarn. This pattern has written instructions and large charts for the colorwork on the leg.

Size 1: 64st around leg (37/38)
Size 2: 72st around leg (39/40)
Size 3: 80st around leg (40/41)

For this pattern it is assumed you know how to do stranded knitting, basic cuff-down sock knitting and reading charts. Pattern is written for circular needles, but DPN’s can be used.

Yarn:
Any fingering sock-yarn can be used.
2 colors (solid) with a lot of contrast will show the details best.

The socks on the photo are size 2.
