“A Tribute to Claude Monet” by Janine Shepherd this beautiful “Water Lillies” sweater was knitted on a Passap E6000 with the use of Designaknit 8 (DAK) (both are needed to create this garment) .
The work emulates a painting, tapestry or 3D decoupage.
Created in soft pure Merino wool, designed to be worn loose, the pattern gives three sizes (small 76-87cm, Medium 88-97cm, large 98-107cm). (Large takes a maximum of 160sts).
The instructions are written for experienced users of the Passap E6000 knitting machine and Designaknit V8 using interactive knitting module.
Yarn used was part cones of Yeoman Polo - a total of around 2kg of yarn, in 16 assorted colours. 3 strands of the 1 ply yarn were used throughout the main sections and 6 strands of the 1ply yarn were used for the ribs.
The knitting instructions will be available as a download upon completion of your purchase. The necessary Designaknit Stitch and Shape files will be emailed as soon as possible, please allow at least 24hrs for these to come through, we may be in a different country or time zone to you and we’re not always in front of the PC, but will send them as soon as we can!
