Inspired by some vintage 1960’s yarn I found, A Walk Through Time is a simple, cuff down, DK ribbed sock pattern designed for the beginner sock knitter.

The ribbing creates such a great fit and whether you contrast the heel, toes and cuffs, knit the leg shorter or longer, or simply knit it all in one yarn, my hope is that you use this pattern as a recipe and allow your creativity to take over.

I run regular in person sock knitting workshops where this pattern has been tested, and it has also been fully tech edited.
