In Triplicate is a study in threes: three designers collaborating to design three accessories each, using the same three colors in different ways. There are nine designs total: three for the head, three for the hands, and three for the neck (one of each thing in all three colors, one in two colors, and one in a single color). Knit from the full collection to maximize your yarn and make some matching things!

In geometry, the abscissa is the first coordinate in an ordered pair. This pair of mitts are coordinated to work together symmetrically!

Yarn: approximately 112 224 yards sport-DK weight yarn. I used Blue Moon Fiber Arts Gaea Sport, colorway Ochroid.

Notions: safety pins, tapestry needle.

Size/Finished Measurements: Short long: 7” circumference after seaming, 6 12“ long. Circumference is easily adjustable. Mitts are shown in short and long sizes.

The mitts are knit flat and seamed.

The In Triplicate collection is a collaboration between Shannon Squire, Star Athena, Lee Meredith, and Blue Moon Fiber Arts; photography is by Lee Meredith; drawings and doodles are by Star Athena; graphic design is by Lee; tech editing was done by Polly of Butterscotch Press.
