With just 4 hanks of Acadia yarn, you can make this beautiful cowl and mitt set. Acadia yarn by Fibre Company is one of my very favorites. It’s warm, soft, slubby while still showcasing your stitches, and the colors are incredible. It was a natural choice for me to build a kit around. This kit allows you to play with 4 coordinating colors, because why limit yourself? The Latvian braid at the beginning and end of this cowl is great impact with very minimal work. This written pattern will take you through each step of the braid with ease. You may purchase kits for this cowl at www.kitschystitch.com which will include the 4 hanks of yarn required, as well as the pattern, all for the price of the yarn. If you wish, you may buy this pattern here on ravelry separately, and use Acadia you already have at home, (because why would you use anything else!?)
