Acocoxochitl

Acocoxochitl/Dahlia is an eclectic garden full of floral stitches.
Worked from the top down, the crescent shaped shawl begins with petals working down to leaves, more blossoms and plants, ending with a scalloped lacy edge.
The pattern is in CHARTS ONLY, ENGLISH ONLY.
Suitable for the experienced knitter. All stitches are explained in the glossary. One video is suggested for a multi-faceted stitch.
Finished size after blocking 28” down the middle back and 58” across the shoulders.
Materials needed:
3 Skeins HiKoo Madrona, 1100 yds, fingering yarn. Color #1410, Firethorn Berry used in sample.
#5, 3.75mm knitting needles, up to 32”.
Crochet Hook, Size C used for the daisy stitch.
Stitch markers.
Blocking pins.
