It is both stylish and functional with beautiful stitch detail. Recommended for Beginner/Intermediate Crocheters. It has some terms that may not be familiar to beginners, such as foundation chain, and third loop. The Cowl can easily be turned into a longer version, and even an Infinity Scarf, just by adding extra stitches in the beginning foundation row.
