This square makes me smile!! I really enjoyed designing it in cotton blend DK, and then when I made one in premium acrylic worsted, the popcorns worked up so squishy and full of texture!

Using recommended yarn and hook, square measures 10 inches / 25cm at the end of round 11. I have added an optional, additional round in case you choose to make this square in DK weight yarn with a 4mm hook, so you have a standard 8 inch / 20cm square in line with other squares in this series.

Stitch Guide (US Terms): ch = chain stitch, ch-sp = chain space, st = stitch, sl st = slip stitch, sc = single crochet, hdc = half double crochet, dc = double crochet, tr = treble crochet, v-st = v stitch (dc, ch1, dc), FPdc = front post double crochet (photo tutorial included in pattern), pc = popcorn stitch (photo tutorial included in pattern)

I hope you enjoy crocheting the Adele Square as much as I have enjoyed designing, testing and making her myself Please tag me if you make; I love to see my designs brought to life! On Facebook I’m @liveyourbestcrochetlife and on Instagram @hooksandhills #adelesquare
