I’ve designed these socks for my little neighbor Adrian.
He is 4 years old.
Since last year foxes live in our gardens. Everyone who sees them is completely in awe. They are big beautiful animals that live peacefully with us. That’s why Adrian wanted a pair of fox socks.

I knit my socks on DPNs and this pattern is written to work on 4 needles. If you prefer to work on long circular needles you can easily adjust it. These socks are knitted from the cuff down to the toes. After the cuff you knit the leg. Feel free to stripe the legs or to change the color whenever you wish. The colorwork at the foot is beginner friendly. Be careful to catch floats. The heel is a short row heel. For these socks you need sock yarn in a minimum of 3 colors. It is perfect to work with leftovers.

Thanks a lot to my testers! Thank you, Elaine, for reading over this pattern.
