This pattern was designed in memory of my sock-knitter pal, Adrienne Fong (bellybuttonknits). She passed away in 2019. In honoring Adrienne, I incorporated some of her design elements that I love the most - a panel of simple cable-lace along both sides of the leg split to carry down towards the heel and foot. And it will have decreases to end with a V on the foot. I would not consider this a cable pattern as it’s such a small element but this is a lace pattern sock.
