The yarn consists of a 2 colour semi solid gradient. There are 12 shades of each colour getting gradually darker/lighter, the colours will be hidden until 24th December to prevent spoilers!

The shawl is a rectangle and each colour/yarn change is a different and repeating pattern, There are a couple of different ways to combine the patterns, so you can have an individual shawl, the patterns are interesting enough and change enough to give interest, but easy enough to be something you can complete each day through advent for a stunning shawl on Christmas day!

It is is a simple lace shawl pattern to really show off the yarns. There are 4 stitch patterns which will be released when they are needed on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th of December, with an additional choice for the last stitch pattern released on the 23rd December to create a border.

It is one size, approx 65cm wide and 150cm long
It uses 24x20g/40m DK bamboo yarn.

It would be ideal for many combinations of yarn, especially a 24 part advent. Each section could be a different colour and if you like you can swap them about.
