Make a bright, super colorful scarf with just two yarns when you pair a highly variegated yarn with a neutral. An easy slipped-stitch rib pattern breaks up pooling and keeps the knitting interesting the whole way through. Bonus: the scarf looks good on both sides (reverse side shown in second image).

PATTERN NOTES
-In the sample shown, the two colors of yarn were carried up the side of the scarf without cutting the working yarn (see pic of reverse side), always picking up the new color from under the previous one for a tidy line. If you want to avoid this and don’t mind weaving in lots of ends, cut the yarn at each color change instead.

-The scarf is easy to customize in length and/or width. For length, work more or fewer full repeats of the Slipped Stripes pattern. For width, the pattern will work with any multiple of 4 sts plus 3. Keep in mind that altering length and/or width will change the amount of yarn required.
