AGATHE is a soft and comfortable kids’ sweater that they’ll want to wear every day. It is a variant of my Alice pattern.
The sweater is worked in four pieces: the front, the back, and the two sleeves. The right side of the body and the lower part of the sleeves are worked in stranded colorwork with two colors, while the back remains in plain stockinette stitch, creating a simple and elegant contrast.

The colorwork pattern is easy to follow, and the straight sleeves make assembly very simple. The round neckline is finished in stockinette stitch and left to roll naturally for a soft, relaxed look.

The sweater closes with a small button at the back, making it easy to put on and ensuring a comfortable fit.

This sweater is designed with progressive positive ease depending on the size: 2¼ (2¼–3½–4–4¾)“ 6 (6–9–10–12) cm.

Gauge : after blocking 4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm) on US 4 (3.5 mm) needles 26 sts x 32 rows in plain St st 29 sts x 30 rows in stranded colorwork

AGATHE est un pull si doux et confortable qu’ils auront envie de le porter tous les jours. C’est une variante du modèle Alice.

Il est tricoté en quatre morceaux : le devant, le dos et les deux manches. Le côté droit du corps et le bas des manches sont travaillés en jacquard avec deux coloris, tandis que le dos reste uni, pour un contraste simple et élégant.

Le motif est facile à réaliser, et les manches droites rendent le montage très simple. Le col rond a une finition en maille jersey que l’on laisse roulotter naturellement pour un effet doux et décontracté.

Le pull se ferme par un petit bouton au dos, pour faciliter l’enfilage et offrir un meilleur confort.

Pour un ensemble coordonné et encore plus chaleureux, vous pouvez également tricoter le snood assorti.
