The Agent 99 cowl is named after the fabulous and fashionable undercover agent on the Get Smart television series, which I loved.

This is a bandana-style cowl, knit in the round with textured rows. It is designed for a single skein of worsted weight yarn, and is well suited to gradient kits. It can also be knit with stripes or colour fading.

I have included instructions for a single skein version as well as an extended version with an additional section if you have more than one skein of yarn, or if you are using a 5-colour gradient kit.

The sample shown in the photo was knit with Berroco Vintage worsted. If you are knitting the extended version, I recommend you have about 50 additional metres of yarn, about 1/4 skein.

I hope you love the pattern, please favourite it and link your project to it. I can’t wait to see what you create!
