The Agnes Bonnet is first knitted back and forth on a circular needle following a chart. Then, the work continues over the center stitches of the bonnet while simultaneously shaping the sides and back using short rows.

Stitches are picked up for the neckline, and an I-cord tie is knitted along the neckline at the end.

There are detailed charts for each size.
