Pattern outline:
The Aida pullover is a thin spring pullover with a boat neck. It has a lace design along the arms giving it a unique
and stylish look. The sweater is knit seamlessly from the top down, following raglan increases. The lace on the
sleeves will not be altered by the growing increases and it will be kept in between 2 stitch markers in the centre of
the sleeves al the way down.

NOTES:
If you don’t want a wide boat neck then use smaller needles for cast on ribbing
Pay special attention to the increases that are inside the parenthesis, as they have their own repeats aside from
the repeats that are marked inside the asterisks
All raglan increases will be on even row numbers and knit across on odd numbered rows
Lace stitch pattern will be done on odd rows and knitted across on even numbered rows
Lace pattern for the sleeves will only be worked in between the 2 markers previously set up on row 9.

For the ribbing of the sweater you have the choice of using the same needle or to use a smaller needle (US 4/
3.5mm) if you like the ribbing to be a little tighter than the body. The ribbing of the neck is planned to be done
with the same needle as the body to have a wider boat neck. However, if you like to have a closer crewneck use
the US4 needles and change them on row 6.
