Light, easy-knit V-neck pullover with a Japanese-style modified drop shoulder. Worked top-down: first the Back and two Fronts are knit flat in rows, then the pieces are joined and the Body is worked in the round. Clean lines and elastic 1×1 rib with a neat tubular setup and Italian sewn bind-off—the edge looks factory-finished and holds its shape. A true everyday basic: works with jeans or a skirt, for office or weekend.

Sizes: 42–44, 46–48, 50–52, 54–56. Ease: relaxed but moderate (not boxy).

Gauge: 18 sts × 22 rows = 10 × 10 cm (4” × 4”) in stockinette after blocking.

Needles & notions: Circular needles 5.0 mm (US 8) for the main fabric; 4.0 mm (US 6) for all ribbing; stitch markers, waste yarn/cable, tapestry needle, measuring tape, scissors. Adjust needle size in 0.25–0.5 mm steps if needed to meet gauge.

• BC Garn Hamelton Tweed 1 GOTS (90% wool, 10% viscose; 100 m / 50 g);
• Drops Nepal (65% wool, 35% alpaca; 75 m/ 50 g);
• Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt (100% wool; 90 m / 50 g).
• Circular needles 5.0 mm for the main fabric, 4.0 mm for ribbing on the neckline, cuffs and hem;

Yarn consumption:

• BC Garn Hamelton Tweed 1 GOTS — 8/9/10/11 balls (for height from 168 cm we recommend adding one more ball);
• Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt — 9/10/11/12 balls (for height from 168 cm we recommend adding one more ball);
• Drops Nepal — 11/12/13/14 balls (for height from 168 cm we recommend adding one more ball).

• Size 42-44 - bust 80-88 cm - garment width 53-55 cm - garment length from shoulder down 53-55 cm - sleeve length from neckline to wrist 65 cm
• Size 46-48 - bust 89-96 cm - garment width 57-59 cm - garment length from shoulder down 55-57 cm - sleeve length from neckline to wrist 67 cm
• Size 50-52 - bust 97-104 cm - garment width 61-63 cm - garment length from shoulder down 57-59 cm - sleeve length from neckline to wrist 69 cm
• Size 54-56 - bust 105-112 cm - garment width 65-67 cm - garment length from shoulder down 60-62 cm - sleeve length from neckline to wrist 71 cm
