DESIGN NOTES
This Fair Isle beanie brings traditional charm to cold-weather dressing. A geometric pattern inspired by Nordic design adorns the crown, while the solid, cuffed brim offers a clean, grounded contrast. The result is a thoughtful balance of rustic elegance and everyday warmth.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES
Albacore is worked bottom-up in the round, starting with a 1x1 ribbing to create a snug, elastic brim. The main body of the hat is worked in a stranded colorwork motif. The crown is then seamlessly shaped using integrated decreases that are worked directly into the colorwork pattern layout.
