This lemon comes in three sizes. The large one is perfect as a trivet when made with thicker yarn, while also adding a fresh and vibrant touch to your kitchen or outdoor space. When made with thinner yarn, it works perfectly as a coaster. With its summery look, it also makes a lovely gift.

Materials:
Yarn options:
8/4 cotton yarn (Sport/Baby/Fine). I use Scheepjes Catona.
EKO Nano from Makeyourown.se for trivets (a thin tube yarn that can withstand heat)
Double strand of 8/8 cotton yarn/DK for trivets (I use Scheepjes Cahlista).
Crochet hook 2.5 mm (C or 12) or 6 mm (J-10 or 4). For trivets, 6–7 mm is a good size, but larger will make the trivet too big.
Vlieseline heat-resistant batting for potholders (optional, but provides extra heat protection)
Tapestry needle, scissors, and stitch markers.

With 8/4 cotton yarn (Sport/Baby/Fine) + crochet hook 2.5 mm (C or 12):

Small: approx. 8 cm long (3.15 in)
Yarn consumption: Approx. 6 g (0.2 oz)

Medium: approx. 10 cm long (3.9 in)
Yarn consumption: Approx. 7 g (0.24 oz)

Large: approx. 11–12 cm long (4.3-4.7 in)
Yarn consumption: Approx. 15 g (0.53)

With 2 strands of 8/8 cotton yarn (DK) + crochet hook 6 mm (J-10 or 4):

Large: approx. 28 cm long, 19 cm wide. (11 in long and 7.5 in wide)
Weight: Approx. 110 g total (3.88 oz)

With EKO Nano tube yarn/ribbon + crochet hook 6 mm:

Large: approx. 28 cm long, 19 cm wide.
(11 in long and 7.5 in wide).
Weight: Approx. 170 g total (6 oz).

Denna citron kommer i tre storlekar. Den stora passar perfekt som grytunderlägg i lite tjockare garn. Den ger samtidigt en härlig, fräsch färg i köket eller på uteplatsen. I tunnare garn blir den perfekt som glasunderlägg. Med sitt somriga uttryck är den även jättefin att ge bort.

Mellanstorleken passar utmärkt i en girlang tillsammans med den lilla citronen och ger rummet en lekfull och solig känsla. Den lilla citronen gör sig fin som nyckelring - kanske nästa grej till marknaden?

Bomullsgarn 8/4. Jag använder Scheepjes Catona.
EKO Nano från Makeyourown.se till grytunderlägg (tunt tubgarn som tål värme).
Dubbel tråd av 8/8 garn till grytunderlägg. Jag använder Scheepjes Cahlista.
Virknål 2,5 mm eller 6 mm (till grytunderlägg blir 6-7 mm en bra storlek) men större virknål ger ett för stort underlägg.
Vlieseline grytlappsvadd (valfritt men ger mer värmetåligt skydd).
Synål, sax och markörer.

Med 8/4 bomullsgarn + virknål 2,5 mm:

Liten: ca 8 cm lång.
Vikt: Ca 6 g.

Mellan: ca 10 cm lång.
Vikt: Ca 7 g.

Stor: ca 11-12 cm lång.
Vikt: Ca 15 g.
