Alex doll will be approximately 35-40cm tall when finished. It will all depend on your tension and the thickness of the yarn. I am using yarn under for crocheting my amigurumi as this reduces the holes between the stitches and gives more even rows and gives some stiffness to some parts (like the envelope and clipboard). If you are a loose crocheter, you may consider going down a hook size.
