This top down yoke sweater is made up of simple, loose cables and ribbing that knit up into a dreamy piece with the perfect drape! I love the halo the 100% superfine alpaca creates with this garment, and knit on larger needles this is a fast, fun sweater to make.

Suggested Yarn
Simply Alpaca Aran weight yarn, 246 yards/100g 100% superfine alpaca, approximately 780 (880, 920, 1020) (1140, 1240, 1400) (1520, 1640, 1760) yards.
I love the way the 100% alpaca aran weight yarn knits up for this, creating a lovely drape and halo on the fabric. If desired you could substitute a lighter weight yarn held double, a DK + Mohair for example, as long as you check your gauge. Keep in mind if choose to hold yarns double you will need to roughly double the estimated yardage amount.
