Garment Construction
Garment is worked entirely with yarn held double. Garment is worked bottom up in the round. Stitches are bound off under the arms. The front and back top halves are worked flat and a tapestry needle is used to sew the shoulder seams together. Stitches are picked up at the armhole openings and knit in the round. Stitches are picked up at the neckline in the round and immediately bound off. The garment is identical on both sides and has a high boat neck collar. The waist has negative ease and the bust is fitted/slight positive ease. Check measurements below for more details. This is a shorter length vest, intended to fit well with high waisted pants.
