The All is calm Socks were inspired by the line from the Christmas Carol “Silent Night” They have a faux cable pattern along the side of each sock, with soothing stocking stitch for the rest of the round. Knitting helps to calm my soul, so the line “All is Calm” seemed an appropriate name.

The pattern has a wedge toe and a Wrap and Turn short row heel, however the heel and toe could easily be changed to your own choice. They are knit using the magic loop method but can be adapted to suit dpns. There are written instruction and charts for faux cable panel.
