Ever the careful knitter trying not to twist their stitches…. finally a project where you twist them on purpose!

This elegant shawl uses the concept of elongated drop stitches with a twist! It gives an open, airy look with interest.

Sample is knit in 3 colours but you can choose a single colour or variegated yarn in fingering weight and takes the yardage of 2 fingering weight skeins.

It can also be done in a worsted weight yarn with 3-4 skeins with 6mm needle for an extra large, extra squishy blanket shawl!

This shawl is knit top down with regular increases to create the triangular shape.
