Allodola is worked from tip to tip and features an easy slipped stitch pattern and a gently ruffled edge. The ruffle is created using short rows and is worked at the same time as the main body of the shawl. No stitches need to be picked up, and no seaming is required.

This pattern is perfect for using a variegated yarn along with a solid or semi solid.
