The Allspice Beanie is a chunky knit worked bottom up in the round using Scheepjes’ anti pilling premium acrylic yarn, Chunky Monkey. Make it in a weekend!

SIZES:
Designed to suit head circumference of:
16 (18: 19: 21: 22: 23: 24)inches or
40.5 (45.5: 48: 53.5: 56: 58.5: 61)cm which corresponds to:
6-12mo, (Toddler: Child: Teen: Adult Small: Adult Medium: Adult Large)

CHOOSING YOUR SIZE:
The gauge for this project is tighter than advised on the ball band and this provides good stitch definition and squish for the beanie. Because the yarn is Aran weight and the project is small, the difference of 1st per inch in gauge will reduce quite a difference in finished size. Between this and the acrylic fibre, if you are unsure between sizes or your natural knitting gauge is quite relaxed, consider making 1-2 sizes smaller.

YARN REQUIREMENTS:
If using 1 colour you will need 1 (1: 1: 2: 2: 2: 2) balls of 100g/116m Chunky Monkey 100% acrylic
If using 2 colours then all sizes will need 1 ball of each colour.

Ribbing is extended into the rise of the hat as a small decorative feature, and the decrease pattern at the peak creates visual interest.

Instructions are written in ENGLISH UK terms as an ad-free PDF with photos to show design details.
