This pattern was inspired by the textures of the stream and surroundings behind my house. Each stitch pattern represents a different element (ducks, rocks, bushes, etc.). While the pattern overall can look complex, each row repeat is very easy to memorize. It comes in 2 sizes, Small (80 cm/ 31.5 in circumference) and Large (160 cm/63 in circumference). The colors and amounts of yarn were chosen expressly to use my leftover yarn from Ambah’s ADVENTurous Wrap 2017 in Miss Babs’ Earth Tones for the Small size. Gauge is unimportant, other than the amount of yarn used will vary.

Materials: Fingering weight yarn in 12 colors, preferable a gradient (total 423 m/462 yards (846 m/ 925 yards):
