The Alp beanie is an oversized hat worked from the bottom up.The hat has a folded rib, the first part of the hat is knitted in twisted rib and the second part is knitted in regular rib. The upper part of the beanie is knitted in stockinette stich.

Gauge: 24 stitches x 29 rows in 1 x 1 rib (k1, p1) on 4 mm US6 needles = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inches
Needles: 4 mm US6 / 40 cm 16 inches circular needle or 4 mm US6 double-pointed needles, or the required needles to obtain gauge
