Around January 2017 something happened and we, and the Internet, were never quite the same. We came to know the artist-cum-knitter Sam Barsky and his incredible canon of sweaters. Barsky knits sweaters of places throughout the world, then travels to those places and takes a photo of himself wearing the sweater. It’s amazing. The internet exploded about it—and we couldn’t wait to make one of our own. So, here is his alpaca sweater, knit to be worn in a field of alpacas. Happy pronking!
