The early morning has been my favorite time of day for as long as I can remember. In the mountains the light comes in pink over the glistening snow and the deep silhouette of the leafless trees. Alpine Dawn’s curving hem reminds me of winding hiking paths. There are little clusters of wrapped stitches to remind us of berries along the hike. These berry clusters are fun to work and add a reach out and touch me texture. The shawl finishes with familiar garter stitch using short rows to enhance the crescent shaping. Color your Alpine Dawn with 1-4 shades.
