This kneeheight socks are knit toe-up and feature a traditional Alpine stitch pattern called Fuchsienblüte (Fuchsia blossom) which extends down the leg. The calf is shaped like traditional Austrian stockings featuring little horseshoe elements (called Hufeisen in Austria).

Sizing
One size, please go up/down on needle size to adjust leg and foot circumference. Length of foot, leg and calf position are adjustable.

Ankle length modifications
The pattern tells you to start the calf section after 9cm or as soon as the ankle is long enough to cover your leg up to the start of your calf increase. Please make sure to work the leg section until you reach that point to make sure your socks will be truly kneeheights.
