This pattern is CHART ONLY for the hat. It has not been thoroughly tested, but I was asked for it so please proceed at your own risk.

Stranded colorwork traveling cables over a garter stitch background.

I do plan to eventually write out the line-by-line version but I haven’t gotten around to it. When I do, I’ll update with a separate file for that. The cowl version notes, and possibly a clean chart, is also pending with a date of “eventually”.

The size of the hat can be adjusted by gauge, but there are also notes about how to adjust size by changing the stitch and row count. Go by the pattern repeat gauge: 16st x 24r traveling stitch repeat 1.7 x 2.5in (4.25 x 6.35cm). The. gauge I have here over 4in doesn’t match up (I mentioned it wasn’t tested, right?).

The pdf is in the form of a foldover pamphlet so it can be printed on both sides of the same sheet of paper. The charts are all on one sheet if you don’t want to print all the notes.
