A sweater for children in a classic textured design with cables. It will likely become a favorite in the wardrobe, as it can be worn both for everyday use and for special occasions. It is also thin and comfortable to wear thanks to fine yarn and small knitting needles.

The Alva Mini Sweater is worked top-down in a classic cable pattern. First, the back piece is knitted. Stitches are then picked up for the shoulders, and the left and right front pieces are worked separately before being joined at the neckline. The front and back pieces are joined under the armholes, and the body is then worked in the round on circular needles and finished with a ribbed hem. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up and worked in the round with decreases. They are also finished with a ribbed cuff.
