For the pink sample (Lotus color) I used Algodón DK from Kala Arte y Origen (composition: 100% combed 12-ply cotton, hand-dyed, 250 m per 100 gr, 273.4 yd per 3.5 oz).

Placemat: 35 cm (13.7 in) diameter

Coaster: 10.5 cm (4.13 in) diameter

Hook: Crochet 4mm (US: G-6)

Gauge Swatch:

16 sts and 9 rows in a 10x10 cm (4x4 in) swatch, approx. unblocked. Swatch made in Double Crochet (Dc) with a 4mm hook.

Construction: Begins with a magic ring (MR) and is worked with increases in the round.
