Knit from the top down in a choice of shawlette or shawl size, Amethiste’s wide, shallow triangle shape drapes easily over the shoulders or around the neck in a variety of stylish ways. This fun, fast design showcases just one or two skeins of special fingering weight yarn.

The pattern begins with a simple stockinette section followed by easy lace patterns that flow smoothly from one into the other. Both written & charted instructions, plentiful photos and a link to a film demonstrating the garter tab foundation method are included to make the knitting a breeze.

Note - If you opt to use stitch markers for Chart B, you will need to remove them to work the double decreases, then replace them to continue the row.
