AMETHYST GLOW SOCKS by Twinset & Purl

Socks will always be my first knitting love! So I have designed these socks using the colour work motif from the Amethyst Glow sweater for anyone who also loves to knit socks. I’ve added a picot edged cuff which makes these socks so pretty.

Pattern Information
Sizes:1 (Adult M, 64 sts)/ 2 (Adult L, 72 sts)
To fit approximately 8-inch (20 cm)/9-inch (22.5 cm) foot circumference.

Yarn: Botanical Yarn merino/nylon 4ply sock (75% SW Merino Wool/25% Nylon) 100g/425m (464yds) in the Hellebores Angel Glow colour way (MC) plus three mini skeins, CC1-CC3 in Alchemilla
mollis (yellow), Globe Thistle (dark blue) and Cotelydon undulata (light grey) (20g/85m (93yds).

Kits are available from https://botanicalyarn.com/products/amethyst-glow-sock-kit...

Needles: 2.5 mm / US 1.5 (or size needed to get gauge) plus needles one size larger for the colour work if needed. I used a 2.75 mm 9-inch circular needle for the colour work. Please be aware,
the colour work can produce a tighter gauge which can make it difficult to get the sock over your heel.

Gauge: 8 sts & 12 rounds = 1 inch / 2.5 cm in stocking stitch
