Amidon Vest
Amidon--my contribution to this year’s Vest in Show collection for A Woolen Affair! Use the code AWOOLENAFFAIR to get 15% off through Rhinebeck weekend!
The Amidon Vest is all about wearability: classic stitches combine with a modern shape for a layer you’ll toss on over everything. I wanted to design something that would really let the gorgeous farm yarn from Distelfink Fiber shine, too! The garter stitch and mitered shaping (an ode to some of my favorite patterns, Waits and Newsom) let the heathered and haloed texture of the Romney, Border Leicester, and Corriedale cross fleeces shine through. I hope you love it as much as I do!
