Finished size: The size of finished doll is determined by the size of hook and thickness of yarn that you use. I used cotton yarn (sport category) and steel crochet hook No. 0 (2 mm). The finished Mama Owl is about 6” (15 cm) tall. If done with worsted weight yarn and an E hook it measures 9” (23 cm).
